Nowadays “weight loss” has become one of the most used keywords wherever you go. Gaining a perfect body with less fat is desirable to every aristocrat. Tension of reducing weight never goes away from mind.

So, I am here with my 40 systematic ways to lose your weight to look handsome and smarter.


 1.    Have your dinner appropriately.

 2.    Keep yourself away from oily food.

 3.    Junk foods like burger, pizza, sandwich etc. have so much fat those can produce   fat layer inside your body. So you must reduce the percentage of eating junk foods.

 4.    Beans, nuts, soups, grapes, apples, noodles etc. foods are no-fat or less-fat food. You must eat these foods regularly maintaining discipline.

 5.    Eat right food at right time.

 6.    Try to eat as your body needs. Don’t eat over than your body requires.

 7.    Don’t try to eat less than you exactly needed. It may make you sick.

 8.    Starving can lose your weight but over starving is bad idea.

 9.    Water is a crying need for our body. It loses your body fat and baggies your skin. Hydration helps your body virus-free.

10.    Eat yellow and ripe fruits those contains vitamins and minerals.

The Ways of Having Healthy Body and Fresh Mind

Healthy mind lives in a healthy body-this maxim can show us how important to keep our body fit and mind fresh.  Health is the best gift given by the God.  A mindless body is like a desert without water. Every saint has always been searching for the ambrosia to conquer the life of hundred years. But the main matter is if you have well-proportioned body with a sound mind you surely can get the ambrosia.

Mind which is the other name of spirit never grows old. If anyone of us thinks about anything that thinking comes from the mind.  Mind is aimed to brain. If you want to gain success you must do that with the help of your mind.  You can’t touch your mind but you can feel it.

Body is the sum of some fleshes, bones, bloods etc. and some other materials. Mind lives in a body. But the body is needed to be healthy. We always try to be in discipline which makes us to be healthy. Basically we get hungry, eat foods, drink water, take rest and get sleep. That’s all we know about keeping our body fit.

Our body depends on our minds’ nature. If we have the perfection of our mind then surely our bodies get fit and healthy. There is a big connection between mind and health. You eat a lot but your mind is as not good as others. Then you will get fatty. You won’t be able to do your daily activities well. You will get tiredness while you get a few sweats doing work. A fresh mind can helps us to make active in our work. We get energy and inspired when we have the fresh mind.

Proper dinning:
                                Eat much and get much- this is a wrong thinking. Overeating is not good for health and mind. You only get fatty by overeating. It numbs your body and makes our mind lunatic. Even you can’t think properly about any manner.  You must leave the habit of overeating.

Dieting:
                                If you think that you skip overeating habit and start to dieting then you will go in darkness. Dieting is good sometimes. But percentage of dieting is needed to be in limit. You can lose your weight by dieting. Dieting is good for the fatty persons. It helps them to maintain their health. Extra dieting will make you skinny. Proper eating is good for health.

Eating the right type of food:
                                Green vegetables, fruits, non-oily foods are best for health. You must drink water to circulate your blood well. Drinking milk is also helpful to health. It contains vitamins, minerals, iron etc. which make your body perfect and improve the chances to grow up. Burger, pizza, fries, pastry and all type of oily junk food are harmful for your health. These foods build layers of flab on the surface of vein. So, eating good food is good enough to have a healthy body.

Health & Lifestyle
Physical exercise:
                                Physical exercise is the movement of the limbs of our body. It refreshes our mind and makes us healthy. Every gymnast shows the rule of having exercises. In fact, you can know about exercise on the web and television. Regular walking, swimming, playing etc. are some good forms of exercise. Early morning-walk add effects on our mind. In the morning, the weather is cool and the nature looks calm and beautiful. You must have at least 1 hour exercise daily.

Sleeping:
                                “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”- this rhyme says that sleeping is most important. Sometimes we do not go to bed early and do hard word by the whole night. It makes our mind crabbed. Then we behave wrong with others and make them depressed. Again some of us rise from the bed very late. This is also a cause for sickness. Proper sleeping is a must.

Quit smoking and drugs:
                                 Smoking is harmful to our health. Cancer, Tuberculosis, lunge problems, cough etc. diseases are the result of smoking. Quit the smoking get a fine life. You can have many ways to quit smoking. Some tools are being used nowadays. Drug motivates your mind for a while but keeps shadow in your mind. It can be the reason to make you out of your family. Try to quit all of these bad things.

Relaxing:
                                Eating and working can’t make your body fit fully. After working a long time you need to take rests and get relaxed. It cools your mind and increases the energy to do more work. The cells of body get tired and make you tired after doing lot of work. Relaxing is another way to have a good sum of flesh.
